SHK is a property investment company established for over 10 years. We have a portfolio of properties, mainly commercial, throughout Scotland.

We buy commercial properties especially restaurants and hotels and simply lease out with low ingoing premiums - in some cases none.

We cover all of Scotland. If you have off-market commercial property for sale then we are interested in talking to you.
