We are now fortunate, despite the current climate, to be in a position to expand our vision and operations both here and abroad rolling out our funding and investment model to a greater client base and on a larger scale. IQ Footballers Fund

 

 

In January 2009 SHK set up an investment fund in conjunction with a number of top UK footballers, this was named 'IQ Footballers Fund'.  Since then SHK has been investing money in property on the investors behalf. And the investors have been safely achieving a 10% return.

 

 

We are hoping to expand this and would welcome new investors, whether these be footballers or any other individual.  The minimum investment we would require would be £100,000 and returns would be guaranteed.

 

 

As well as investors we are also looking for potential properties to invest in.  We're looking for investments in excellent locations, with strong tenants and upwards of  a 10% yield.  There are cash funds available for immediate purchase.
