This bright clean deli with sandwich shop is in a busy area of Leith with on street parking available almost right at the door. The area has both commercial and residential property surrounding it and although the previous didn’t use it, the council have permitted seating on the pavement.
The current owner closes after the lunchtime period but in our experience a substantial increase in turnover can be achieved by opening until 5pm
